This way, your courier can return the product, and we can quickly dispatch a replacement.

Noting “Possible Concealed Damage” on the delivery receipt ensures extra protection. We will happily work with you to resolve the issue and refund or replace your order.

Exchanges: For the fastest turnaround, send back the original item (post-approval) and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Post-inspection of your return, we'll keep you updated on the status of your refund. Once approved, the refund amount will revert to your original payment method. Be mindful that banks and credit card companies might take additional time to process the amount.
